What the L?

We sent this letter to bconnel@dexter.ca, the address provided by Tim Halman, Minister of the Environment and Climate Change.  It's bconnell.  The official NSECC website says Halman "is a former educator and has been involved in many local community organizations and events."

None of those events are a speling bee.  

What arrogance!  A big corporation, an absent government, an abused community, a secret meeting.  Didn't Nova Scotia used to be a Democracy?
