This diagram shows the north - south profile along a 4 mile cross section (straight blue line) from the Bay of Fundy to Clarence. Arlington Road C&D is from 1.8 to 2 miles from the Bay, at an altitude just under 600 feet. While we focus on the water moving to the north, the possibility of water moving to the south has not been considered.

How Cells work -
All cells are intersected by the broad, moving aquifer that creates the "perched" water table. The aquifer will fill the excavated cells and carry their contents out of the cell and into the watershed. The same cell washing occurs in the 11' lens documented in the Harris and MGI reports.
